Loud and noisy community with lots of unruly teens. Courtesy Officer is a joke and never calls you back or responds. Lakes at Pembroke is located right in the middle of everything. Our apartment is next to the lake and we have a beautiful view of the lake. The negatives that we are starting to see at this apartment is the fact that we have a lot of mosquitos, ants, and spiders.
